Small growing local wholesale company is seeking an organized office specialist to support our sales manager and internal transportation specialist.
Our business is growing and we need to add to our sales and transportation department. We distribute diapers and paper products all over the world, usually by truckload or containers directly from the supplier’s warehouse to the client.
We are a friendly and upbeat office, and we work as a small and dedicated team to be responsive and provide reliable service to our customers. We want our team members to always think of a better way, and to take initiative to get their job done.

This position is ideal for someone who likes to learn, stay busy, solve problems, create checklists and keep your manager organized
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidate has worked at least 5 years in a small and busy office, supporting a sales, shipping, or service team or owner directly.
No shipping experience is required, we will train the right person.
Experience in proposals, shipping, scheduling or dispatch would be helpful.
This job is for someone with a good memory, good with basic math and who likes numbers, above-average office computer skills (especially Excel), and the desire to learn new programs and skills quickly.
